Novotel Andheri is a joint venture development between Blue Ridge Hotels Pvt Ltd and Accor.
Confluence’s involvement in this project commenced early June at schematic design phase. Confluence’s role as Project Manager will involve the overall management of the project, including design, construction and commercial management; with a focus on time management, cost control and quality.
Upon completion, Novotel Andheri is one of the largest hotels under development in Mumbai at +500 keys, located within close proximity of the International Airport. The hotel will have a combined gross area of 51,115 sqm and will be 19 storeys high, including 4 floors of basement. Novotel Andheri will be positioned as a contemporary four-star hotel serving business and leisure travellers.
Other features of the hotel include a 60 key executive floor, food and beverage areas, meeting rooms, executive lounges, business centre, grand ballroom and recreational facilities such as health centre, spa and a pool.
