Walbrook Square is a major mixed-used regeneration project on a 3.5 acre site in the heart of London. The GBP400 million project, creates a new retail and commercial presinct, linked by a central square and a network of historic pedestrian routes and streets.
Designed by Atelier Foster Nouvel, the project incorporates renewable energy technologies including photo voltaics, ground water cooling and rainwater harvesting.
Also incorporated into Walbrook Square will be a publicly accessible exhibition space to house the remains of the Roman Temple of Mithras.
