Merrill Lynch appointed Confluence to provide project management services for the new Merrill Lynch office fit-out (approximately 210,000sqft) and a data centre consisting of approximately 250 racks at Harbourfront Place.
Confluence is providing project management services from the initial feasibility stages through the design, construction and testing and commissioning stages of the project. We have also been engaged to provide a strategic overview role to review and confirm that the base building and fit-out infrastructure is designed in accordance with the Merrill Lynch agreement for lease.
The project is due to be completed early December 2008 with ongoing services through to the end of January 2009 to close out the project.
