The Grand Hyatt Bali is a 670 key resort hotel totalling 900 room bays located on a heavily landscaped 40 acre site in Nusa Dua, Bali.
The property was originally opened in 1992 and is now undergoing a major mid-life upgrade. Confluence, then APP International, had worked with the client on its Hyatt Yogyakarta project and was awarded the refurbishment of the Bali project in October 2005.
This was a project recovery appointment. The project had been running for approximately 12 months with another project management company when Confluence was appointed to take over the project.
Now complete, the refurbished hotel includes the largest ballroom in Bali together with five food and beverage outlets and a number of pools, spas and recreation areas.
