Ambitious and driven, Lincoln is one of our shining talents in Confluence. Since he started working for us, Lincoln has been instrumental in the early establishment of our Sydney office and rendering his expertise to the Hong Kong office for a large scale project.

Lincoln’s present role places new projects under his charge and he thoroughly enjoys the responsibility of managing multiple projects simultaneously for major Australian clients, whilst achieving a high level of client satisfaction. Lincoln’s experience in Confluence has taught him to rapidly evolve and adapt the project management methodologies accordingly to each project’s constraints and demands.

As busy as he is, Lincoln has a huge appetite for life. When he’s not riding the raging waves on the beach, Lincoln can be seen jaunting around on his Harley Davidson.
