Our Hong Kong office was opened in early 2008 and has established itself as a specialist in project managing corporate fit-out and mission critical developments for banking and other corporate clients.

We have undertaken a number of separate projects for Deutsche Bank and have managed the construction of several leading-edge data centres. Most recently, we have commenced work on new corporate real estate, data centre and hotel assignments for Nomura, Natixis, Equinix, Pacnet and InterContinental Hotels Group.

With the establishment of our Hong Kong office, Confluence commenced its official expansion into the Greater China region, setting up a representative office in Shanghai in February 2009.
