Development Opportunities

Confluence holds bi-annual internal performance reviews where each staff member is encouraged to identify areas for their own development and training, to enhance personal work performance. The reviews are specifically aligned with Confluence’s core competency requirements, designed to develop our people’s careers further, while assisting human resources to identify and deliver training and mentoring programs.

In addition to individual programs, Confluence is committed to holding staff conferences at 18 month intervals. The conferences involve all of our people, regardless of location or position. 

The last international conference was held at Bintan, Indonesia in mid 2007, it was attended by over 80 staff.

After the Bintan conference, survey results gave a 4 out of 5 ranking for meeting new colleagues, sharing experiences and building camaraderie throughout Confluence regardless of geographical location of employment.
