We provide an important support structure, one we are continuously seeking to improve, and one that our people know they can rely upon while they work with Confluence. A fundamental tenet at our company is to employ families, not just individuals. We want to ensure that our people’s children are properly educated when they are away from their home environment, and our partners’ and spouses’ needs are properly considered.
Settling in to a new job can be fun, but it can also be nerve-wracking sailing into unfamiliar waters. Couple this with moving to a new country and being faced with finding new social networks, somewhere to live and the basic necessities: it’s a situation we have experienced ourselves and know can be difficult. That’s why our new buddy program is so important, and a strong network of colleagues who have been in the same boat is always there for new starters to tap.
