Tracey Brunstrom and Hammond (TBH) is Australia's largest, independent specialist programming and planning organisation, offering time management, project planning, dispute resolution and claims management expertise to owners, financiers, developers, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and the legal profession.
Australian owned and operated since 1965, TBH has been involved in projects ranging from complex multi-billion dollar capital works to small-scale building projects in the construction, technology, communications, infrastructure, heavy engineering, transport, tourism, defense, health and mining industries. TBH has offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Canberra.
ConfluenceTBH
Over the years Confluence and TBH have regularly partnered to carry out numerous commissions in Australia and abroad. These partnerships have resulted in a strong business association between the two organisations.
Due to the nature of time planning and dispute resolution services, TBH has typically carried out short term commissions internationally, while Confluence has provided integrated planning services within a project management role, however not as a specialised time consultant.
As Confluence expanded geographically, and with its ever increasing number of complex projects, the need for specialist project management services increased. Confluence also identified an opportunity to provide clients with a unique service, due to a limited number of specialised time management and dispute resolution organisations in the Asian and Gulf markets.
As a result ConfluenceTBH was formed, harnessing Confluence’s practical project delivery expertise together with TBH’s specialist skills to provide a unique approach to project planning and claims management.
