Organisation Structure
Our structure is simple and effective. Managing Director Guy Scott heads the world-wide Confluence operation from its head office in Singapore, overseeing Regional Managers in the Asia Pacific Region, and Europe & Middle East Regions, the Group Business Manager and the Managers for Human Resources and Marketing and Communications.
Each of the Regional Managers is assisted by Area Managers who manage project teams in each area of operation. At project level, our staff descriptions range from Project Directors to Assistant Project Managers and Administration Assistants.
