Compliance Services (Health, Safety and Environmental)
confluencepcm provide health, safety and environmental consultancy services at the leading edge of its profession. We are constantly evolving our offering to deliver a genuine one stop service dictated by an ever changing operating and legislative environments. Last year the Health & Safety Executive brought 712 prosecutions, noting that 95% of all prosecutions resulted in a conviction, with the average penalty being £18,765, an increase of 31% over the previous period. Increasingly for criminal offences set out in health and safety legislation, the courts are imposing larger fines, making the case that compliance with health and safety law must continue to be taken seriously.

Project Management
Our core business is project management and we have proven systems and processes that allow the client to be confident of the project status at all times. No surprises.
Our approach to management of your project is to:-
- be the single point of contact for all matters relates to the project;
- receive all project-related correspondence from consultants, contractors and suppliers
- attend all project meetings with consultants, contractors and suppliers or as stipulated by the client;
- ensure the consultants, suppliers and contractors compliance with the terms of their respective contracts / agreements including all project reporting requirements;
- check the progress of the project is in accordance with the agreed contract program and that the same is consistent with the overall project program;
- maintain an up to date version of the project program and ensure contractors compliance with the same; and
- maintain a project budget including a forecast cost to completion and issue periodic reports to the client in accordance with the financial reporting procedure.
Construction Management
Our professional construction management team assists its clients from the early stages of a project, focusing on logistics, programming, buildability, cost advice, value and risk management, procurement leading through to the management of the construction project on site.
Alignment of confluencepcm’s philosophy with the clients’ objectives is key to our business success. As such we consider the implementation of any construction management commission as a partnership, where we adopt the aims and objectives of the client and the whole of the project team - in order to foster positive working relationships and bring outstanding results.
