With fewer developments on offer in Dubai and the surrounding Emirates, Confluence has ventured further afield within the Middle East and has found other developing countries keen to take advantage of the competitive rates and the wealth of expertise in the region.
Confluence rode a steady wave of growth in the UAE with projects focussing on hotels, healthcare, education and commercial developments. Having successfully expanded into Abu Dhabi, negotiations were already underway to secure an Omani partner and begin operations south of the Emirates.
Branching operations throughout the Middle East is a heavily process driven business, however Confluence has now secured new projects in Oman, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. Callum Bothwell, Area Manager, Middle East explains that the expansion into Oman, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain has been somewhat of a natural progression from our UAE business, “Our relationships with Clients, our local experience and our ability to disperse manpower quickly, made these ventures possible.”
The expansion into new regions has been a stimulating development for Confluence, and has brought about the successful procurement of at least another four hotel projects along with numerous other opportunities in infrastructure, healthcare, education and residential projects.
