A consortia headed by Confluence has been appointed to develop the bid documentation and manage the appointment of a private sector provider who will be responsible for the delivery and management a Grade 2 motor racing circuit and ancillary facilities. On completion, the private sector operator will be responsible for the operation of the FIA standard facility in accordance with a management framework developed by Confluence and our other consortia partners.
It will also consist of grandstand, media centre, paddocks, pit garages, F&B outlets, clubhouses etc. The first race on the new circuit has been targeted for June 2011.
