Another Project Win in UAE - OBEROI Centre Business Bay

We were appointed to close out pre-contract and undetake the post-contract phases of this project due to our strong reputation in the Dubai market for delivering projects of this nature.
The development Centre consists of two towers. The first tower is a 27-storey 5-star 'Oberoi' business hotel and the 2nd tower is a 33-storey commercial office tower use. A spa, ballroom, restaurants and other associated hotel facilities are situated in a four-storey common podium. Four basement levels contain car parking and some MEP areas.
