The structure is complete with 50% of the facade and 50% of the finishes remaining.  This Hyatt Regency project is being re-designed to incorporate a more contemporary image, in-keeping with Hyatt's approach to hotel design and to incorporate current day technology and facilities.  Being the tallest building in Chennai and comprises 320 keys, approximately 55,000m2 of built area, this is targeted as the number one F&B destination in Chennai.

Confluence will deliver the project using a construction management contracting methodology, concentrating initially on bringing the existing services and finishes up to a solid base from which the project can be completed.
