Hot on the heals of our new office opening in Hong Kong, Confluence has secured the role as Deutsche Bank's Project Manager for the delivery of new and upgraded accomodation in Hong Kong's prestigious Cheung Kong Centre. The project involves the delivery of 3 new levels of accomodation, expansion to the existing Main Equipment Room and base building services infrastructure upgrades. In addition, there will be re-stacking of 4 levels of existing offices within Deutsche Bank's existing tenancy.
