Project Overview:

AMP Capital appointed Confluence as project managers to support their capital works programme at the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre in NSW, Australia.

The project involved upgrade works to the shopping centre’s base building along with supervision of a new anchor tenants fit out.

Scope of work for the base build upgrade included enhancement of essential services, design conceptualization, implementation of a new fire strategy to conform to statutory requirements and review of management strategy for the operations at the loading dock area.

Confluence also acted as an interface between the anchor tenant and the relevant AMP stakeholders to ensure fit-out works were in accordance with AMP’s standards and the Capital Works Program.
