Project Overview:

Novotel Andheri is a joint venture development between Blue Ridge Hotels Pvt Ltd and Accor. Confluence’s involvement in this project commenced in early June at schematic design phase and was extended to include implementation of the project.

Situation/Challenges:

Confluence’s role as Project Manager involves overall management of the project, including design, construction and commercial management; with a focus on time management, cost control and quality.

Outcome/Results:

Upon completion, Novotel Andheri will be one of the largest hotels under development in Mumbai at more than 500 rooms, built over a combined gross area of 51,115 sqm across 19 floors (including 4 basement levels).

The hotel is positioned as a contemporary 4-star business and leisure hotel, featuring 60 executive rooms, food and beverage areas, meeting rooms, executive lounges, business centre, grand ballroom and recreational facilities such as health centre, spa and a pool.
