Project Overview:

Confluence has managed numerous refurbishment projects at The ANdAZ Hotel, varying from The Studio, The Health Club, Main Entrance and Lobby, and the new reception and breakout area on the first floor.

Situation/Challenges:

• Confluence works with the hotel and all key stakeholders to ensure each project minimises disruption to the live environment and hotel guests.
• Maintaining the unique feel to the hotel, Confluence constantly ensures the budget constraints do not compromise the ethos behind the brand with adaptive design management and value recovery.

Outcome/Results:

The projects continue to be a success and valuable additions to the hotel. Time and budget constraints have been managed and communicated at all times with a no surprise approach allowing our client to have trust and confidence in Confluence for repeat business.
