Designed by acclaimed architect, Hans Brouwer, the eye-catching 12-storey freeform structure comprises 36 spacious 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, and four exclusive 2-storey penthouses designed with the ultimate in luxury finishes and equipment.

Situation/Challenges:

The client’s key concerns were centered on quality of finish and ensuring revenues were realised on time. Confluence and ConfluenceTBH were brought on board to provide LaSalle with a one-stop management solution providing proven project delivery capability and specialist programming expertise.

Outcome/Results:

As Project Manager and Programme Auditor, the team is hard at work managing the D&B contractor to ensure their key development objective for an ‘ultra’ premium quality product is delivered on schedule and in line with the budget.
