Project Overview:

Confluence was appointed by Fuji Xerox to act as their project manager for their 20,000sqft refurbishment in Singapore that showcased their innovation and cutting edge technology.

Situation/Challenges:

The project was part of a re-brand and rollout of the newly launched retail Epicenters. Confluence worked closely with the brand agency, design team and client to ensure Fuji Xerox made a significant impact in the market.

Confluence also managed similar facilities in Shanghai, Tokyo and Sydney as part of the regional rollout for Fuji Xerox.

Outcome/Results:

The project was completed on time with very high quality finishes.
