Project Overview:
Confluence provided Project and Construction Management for the 450-room Radisson hotel and four for sale apartment towers (650 apartments).
Situation/Challenges:
The project was a component in phase one of a multi-stage development of four condominium towers, retail and the hotel with an aggressive construction programme. It was completed via construction management methodology, with Confluence responsible for managing all trade package contractors and the various interfaces.
Outcome/Results:
Owing to the right strategies, structures and procedures to enhance a collaborative working relationship with the client and project team (consisting of both local and international talents), the project was completed at a rapid pace and achieved a further 10% savings on the overall construction cost without compromising quality.
