Project Overview:

The Anchorage is a high-end residential development in the Mid-North Coast of Port Macquarie. Comprising of 18 spacious apartments, each unit will be completed with quality finishes and impressive views.  The units are arranged in three blocks to create an appropriate scale and density for the site.

Situation/Challenges:

Confluence is undertaking a feasibility study to determine the optimum density and target market for this residential development, and will be appointing the design team and managing the project through Development Approval and construction.
