Singapore Grand Prix

Project Overview:

Confluence was engaged as project managers to stage the 2010 to 2012 event involving the establishment, operation and removal of the racing circuit and supporting facilities of the event.

Situation/Challenges:

• The challenge of this project was building a 5.073km race track comprising of public roads in the heart of the city with minimal disruption to the Singapore community.
• Managing the various government agencies and adjoining owners as hotels, the Singapore Flyer and the Esplanade were key in delivering the successful race.

Outcome/Results:

Applying Confluence’s proven project management principles, skilled stakeholder management and superior planning and programming from ConfluenceTBH, the team delivered a successful race.
