Project Overview:

In an ongoing partnership with the University, Confluence provides a range of services including cost consultancy, acting as employer’s agent and CDM coordinator, and project management. Projects include:

• Dunn School Laboratory Reconfigurations
• Queen Elizabeth House
• Examinations Schools Building
• School of Smith and Science

Situation/Challenges:

More than 32 projects over a six year period which has led to a rolling presence within the Estates Directorate team.

Outcome/Results:
