Project Overview:

Confluence managed the mid-life upgrade and refurbishment of the Australian High Commission in Kuala Lumpur.

Situation/Challenges:

Delivery of the complex refurbishment was a challenge as the building was occupied and remained fully functional throughout the project. Initial project schedule was developed for 18 months but halfway through the project, the client decided to expand the project scope resulting in a time extension of more than a year.

Outcome/Results:

Working closely with the client and contractor, Confluence was able to mitigate potential lengthy delays and contain costs.
