Project Overview:

Virtus Datacentres engaged Confluence to manage the creation of six data halls totaling 25,000 sq ft of data space on two levels within an existing warehouse. Works included the installation of a mezzanine floor (approximately 30,000 sq ft) and all mission critical mechanical and electrical systems.

Situation/Challenges:

With the project constructed over three phases, the first commenced in late May 2010 and presented a challenge for the subsequent two phases for the remaining construction space to be carried out concurrently.

Outcome/Result:

The project is completed in the first quarter of 2011.
