In March 2006, Merrill Lynch appointed Confluence as project manager to deliver their 5,400sqm temporary office at HarbourFront Centre. Following the successful implementation of the project, Confluence’s role was extended to include:
- delivery of their new 21,000sqm office at HarbourFront Place
- a 1,200sqm expansion of the temporary office including a further restack and refit to accommodate additional headcount.
Confluence provided project management services from the initial feasibility stages through the design, construction, concluding with the move management and project close out.
All projects were delivered within budget and on time, meeting Merrill Lynch’s global office accommodation standards.
