Project Overview:
Confluence was initially appointed as Client Representative to manage Credit Suisse’s 25,000sqft expansion project in Ceejay House, Mumbai. The success of this project and high level of Client satisfaction resulted in Confluence’s appointment as Project Managers to deliver the new 100,000sqft Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) operations in Mumbai.
Situation/Challenges:
The project consists of the following key elements:
• Credit Suisse – owned Utility Transformers, Switchgear and Emergency Generators (complete with diesel fuel storage and transfer) outside of the building footprint
• Credit Suisse – owned direct expansion cooling equipment to cool the office space, IT suite and Electrical and UPS equipment rooms.
• Power, IT and Security demarcation rooms and diverse entrances via car park levels through to the four floors.
• New offices, workstations, meeting rooms, security rooms, break-out spaces and amenities
